The independent Unhinged-RPG bot and its private Discord spaces are online and verified. Player access remains disabled until the owner deliberately opens the invite-only beta and assigns trusted testers.

The premise
The Registry has your number
One character. Many realms. No clean undo.
Registrar Null recruits people who can survive the fractures between worlds. Your first assignment begins in Ashglass Arrival, a blacksteel city built around rails, furnaces, unstable rifts, and the distant Anchorworks.
Each victory, alliance, home, profession, relationship, and failure becomes part of a persistent save. When a crucial exchange goes wrong, the Regret Roll offers another answer—while permanently recording what that second chance cost.

A world that remembers
Quests, travel, factions, guilds, households, and businesses preserve the decisions that shaped them instead of resetting after each session.
Regret has a price
A Regret Roll can rewrite the last completed combat exchange. It can save a run, but the Reality Debt it creates remains part of the character.
Built for private parties
Approved testers can form temporary missions with paired text and voice rooms, save-bound membership, persistent checkpoints, and guarded cleanup.
First destination / Ashglass Arrival
A city built beneath a broken sky.
The current playable slice carries a new character from Registry orientation through tactical training and into the first decisions surrounding Ashglass and the Anchorworks.

Private testing
Trust is the first requirement.
Testing access is granted manually. The role is never available from a public button, reaction, or automatic onboarding flow.

The public UnhingedForge Discord is not available yet. Its launch will be announced on this website when it is ready.
Receive a manual invitation
The owner assigns the Unhinged-RPG Beta Tester role directly. Joining the server never grants game access automatically.
Enter through /regret
Approved testers confirm the 18+ gate, create a permanent character, and continue through private controls tied to their account.
